  Poor hotel management! Restaurant/bar staff amazing!! I spent 6 WEEKS yes WEEKS!!! at this hotel with 2 rooms. I accidentally spilled something on the comforter and was charged 250$. So be carefully with the bedding. I will be complaining to corporate head quarters.

  Very clean and accommodating hotel. Reataurant in the hotels includes a delicious breakfast with your stay. Grocery store and other restaurants within close proximity

  Very nice rooms, good restaurant. The cleaning lady vacuuming next door at 7am was brutal though...

  This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel. The hotel is good value for money and located not far from the centre a short car journey will get you there. The hotel it self is close to highway 15 but once inside you don't hear any noise. The hotel seems o be in the process of renovation some of the rooms are dated as is some of the furniture but the rooms are very clean and the bathrooms have been renovated and are clean fresh and modern. The hotel is not expensive to eat at and I very much recommend the hotel restaurant especially for the all you can eat breakfast buffet. I will be staying at this hotel again :-)

  Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had! Don’t expect to get any sleep here, loud party’s running all night. Hotel charged me a $300 fee for “smoking” when I was probably the only room in the place not drinking and smoking all night. Drove all the way from Mt.Tremblant to stay here on a ski trip and ended up regretting it right away! Staff are rude and unwilling to provide any answers other than stating I agreed to any extra charges when I signed the paper, didn’t know they could decide to charge you for something that you didn’t do though...
