  plain terrible... they never have the stock you want, tried pre ordering a game and they said I coudnt preorder the game, but they will have on release, went to buy the game, they never received the game... this happen multiple times

  Bestbuy is actually good when it comes electronic stuff, they now have lots of selection of fridge and AC, tv, new gadget, computer and of course phones and accessories, but really, sometimes customers just want to enjoy the time of shopping in the store, is nice to offer your help and expertise but really step back a bit, let everyone find whatever they like.

  It’s a small BB with low inventory. I went to look for two things: Google VR and an Apple Pen. They didn’t have either!

  Customers service not good, you will need to do your homework before heading there, waiting for staff you might end up disappointed, or they just want to offer they promotion deal like want you to buy the protection or products...If you said no, the stuff smile just gone in a sec.
