  The staff at this gym are extremely unaccommodating and very rude. I'm not sure if it's because I'm english or if they just have bad manners - I tried to cancel this membership before the 36 days because I moved and they kept giving me the run around to the point where I wasn't allowed to cancel anymore. I left several messages for a manager to call me back, they never did. My last conversation consisted of them calling me a liar because they didn't have any notes on file and then she hung up on me. Also, the showers and steam room are very dirty - there was brown water dripping down the walls. This gym doesn't even deserve 1 star.

  Yoga and other classes are often cancelled within one month as a member 5 classes were cancelled, I payed for those classes and the staff

  Never saw a bad administration like this. Charging fees when the employee says the contract is finished. Most of the clients of world gym is all with Econofitness now. Not up to date with their methods of payments. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES. CHARGING EXTRA if you are not careful.
